Meet Dr. Grenardo
As a first-generation American raised in Colorado by immigrant parents from Guyana and Poland—both of whom proudly served in the U.S. military—Oswaldo Grenardo, MD, MBA, MSHA, FAAFP, grew up with a deep respect for accountability, service, and cultural diversity. These early influences, coupled with a desire to improve the healthcare experience for underserved individuals, led him to start his own private practice, OG Health, in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
With over 30 years of experience in family medicine and healthcare leadership, Dr. Grenardo brings a unique blend of compassionate, personalized care and executive-level insight to his patients at OG Health, the practice he founded to reflect his vision of whole-person care. He believes great care begins with a genuine relationship—where patients feel seen, heard, and truly known by their physician. To ensure personalized attention and meaningful physician-patient relationships, OG Health intentionally limits its practice to 200 patients.
